Maintenance Contracts: Prevention for Predictable Investment

NETZSCH analysis instruments have a well founded reputation for reliability, long service life and trouble-free operation. By combining this with a maintenance contract, you ensure that your instrument remains reliable for many years and minimize instrument failure as well as reducing any associated unplanned costs. Along with a selection of complete service packages, NETZSCH offers customized maintenance services. This means any investment is kept at a planned level.

As well as the main instruments, any peripheral equipment supplied by NETZSCH, e.g. connected mass spectrometers, coupling systems, thermostats, intracooler or pumps can be covered by the service agreement.

Another advantage of regular maintenance appointments: You have the opportunity to discuss current applications directly with our expert service personnel.

Flexible Maintenance Agreements and Calibration Service

Tailoring your maintenance contract is as individual as your analyzer. We recommend a maintenance interval of 12 months, however, special agreements are also possible. Additionally, there is the option for our trained service staff to prepare IQ/OQ/PQ documents and (re-) qualification for you on site. Flexible extra services, such as inspection of your liquid tank or ISO 9001-certified inspection of measuring and testing equipment can also be agreed as part of the maintenance contract. The respective maintenance certificates are of course also included.

NETZSCH also offer one-time maintenance visits without contract obligation. However, for long-term cost savings and calculable investment, we would recommend taking out a preventative maintenance contract.

Full Compliance – We Support you!

In a regulated environment (GMP, GLP, etc.), it is especially important that your measurement systems always function perfectly and comply with all legal requirements. For efficient support, we have put together specific tailor-made service packages for the chemical and pharmaceutical fields, which provide additional features over and above our standard maintenance contracts. Customized Maintenance and Full Service Contracts

Along with the standard annual maintenance, NETZSCH offers bespoke full service contracts. Define your desired extras, for example, inclusion of software updates, warranty extensions* or replacement parts as part of the maintenance. Any emergency service can be covered. Even a discount on spare and wear parts can be defined with a full service contract.

We also offer customized solutions for our rheology instruments, for example, individual application advice, contract testing and assistance in certification and calibration services.

We will, of course, contact you in good time before any maintenance is due in order to arrange an appointment. During the conversation, we will also ask, among other things, whether you think wear parts will need replacing at the time of the appointment. Most defects that may be discovered will be  corrected free of charge during maintenance.
