What is Material Jetting?

An Additive Manufacturing process in which droplets of build material are selectively deposited (ASTM F42 Committee).

Process Principle of Material Jetting (MJ, DOD)

In this video, we have a look at the different tradenames, the process principle as well as a video of the process. Additionally, we go into detail about the materials used for the process.

Benefits and Applications of Material Jetting (MJ, DOD)

We highlight the wide area of advantages and some disadvantages of the process. Furthermore, we introduce applications of material jetting as well as variations of the process with thermoplastics and silicone materials.
